Masjidi Portal User Guide

A practical guide for masjid administrators. Each feature has a direct link that can be shared with users who need help with a specific task.

Use the dashboard to confirm the active masjid, find the Masjid ID for the TV app, refresh the connected screen, and reach support.

  1. Sign in at portal.masjidi.app.
  2. Open Dashboard from the left menu.
  3. Check the active masjid name and location. If you manage more than one masjid, make sure the correct masjid is selected.
  4. Use Masjid ID when connecting the Masjidi TV app.

Send this section when a user needs to find their Masjid ID or refresh the TV screen.

Masjid Information

Manage public masjid profile details used by the portal, TV display, and mobile app.

  1. Open Masjid Information.
  2. Update the masjid name, country, city, address, imam, khatib, phone, email, website, and social link fields as needed.
  3. Select available facilities such as wheelchair access, air-conditioning, parking, women's prayer area, Wi-Fi, library, kids area, and other services.
  4. Set the location using Auto Detect, a Google Maps URL, or latitude and longitude.
  5. Upload a square logo, preferably 512 x 512 px with transparent or white background.
  6. Save the changes, then refresh the screen if the TV display should update immediately.
Keep this information complete because it helps worshippers identify and contact the masjid from the connected services.
